Terms of Service for Seattle Mowers

1. Services Provided
Seattle Mowers offers professional lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, pest control, and other related services as agreed upon. The specific services will be outlined in the service agreement or estimate provided to you.
2. Service Agreement
Before commencing any work, we will provide you with a detailed service agreement or estimate outlining the scope of services, pricing, and any additional terms and conditions specific to your project. This agreement will form an integral part of these Terms, and your acceptance of the agreement indicates your consent to these Terms.
3. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our lawn care services will be provided to you in the service agreement or estimate. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due as specified in the agreement or estimate. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, credit cards, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance of any rescheduling.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the successful provision of our lawn care services, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your lawn's condition, including any known hazards or obstacles.
b. Ensure access to your property on scheduled service days.
c. Remove any personal items or obstacles from the lawn before scheduled services.
d. Inform us of any changes in your lawn care requirements or service preferences.
6. Liability and Limitations
While Seattle Mowers strives to provide the highest level of service, certain risks are inherent in lawn care activities. We shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from or related to our services, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding balances owed for services rendered. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for any violation of these Terms or if continued service poses a safety risk to our employees or property.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Seattle Mowers may collect and store personal information necessary for the provision of our services. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Washington.
