3. Evaluation and Refund Process
Upon receiving your notification, Seattle Mowers will evaluate the issue and determine if the refund is applicable. Our evaluation may include reviewing any photographs or evidence you provide. We reserve the right to visit the property for an on-site evaluation if necessary.
If we find that the lawn care service does not meet our quality standards or your reasonable expectations, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the mowing service, along with an additional $10. The refund will be provided using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
Please note the following limitations and exclusions regarding our return policy:
- The money-back guarantee applies to the mowing service only and does not extend to other services provided by Seattle Mowers.
- The refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid for the mowing service, plus an additional $10.
- The money-back guarantee is valid for a single occurrence per customer per mowing service.
